Workbook structure: 18 sheets total:

Cover: Project info block (title, owner, architect, contractor, date, revision) + instructions
SUMMARY: Auto-consolidated grand total across all 16 divisions, plus Contingency and Provisional Sums rows
Div-01 through Div-16: One tab per CSI division

How to use it:

Fill in the Cover sheet project info
Go to each applicable division tab → enter Qty and Unit Rate (blue cells) for relevant items
The SUMMARY sheet updates the grand total automatically
Delete or hide rows not applicable to your project; add rows by copying any formatted data row
