This is a CPD-accredited 150-hour coaching program with more than 70 hours of practicum designed to simulate real construction environments. The focus is on equipping learners with the practical tools, skills, and knowledge needed to excel on construction sites from day one.
The “Certified Site Expert” program prepares early-entry architects, interior designers, and civil engineers for on-site work in construction settings. The program offers career-focused courses curated to provide essential skills and knowledge needed for on-site roles. It aims to bridge the gap between theoretical learning and practical application in the construction industry.
Through hands-on training, peer-to-peer coaching, and industry-relevant curriculum, the program ensures that graduates don’t just learn about construction; they experience it.
Learning Outcomes:
Upon completing a diploma in construction site management, you will be able to:
- Gain site technical trade execution competencies
- Speak and communicate with every tradesman using relevant site jargon and lexicon
- Develop managerial skills that will help you manage the execution phase
- Prepare quantity takeoffs
- Prepare a cost estimation per trade, from concrete, and waterproofing, to architectural
